Have questions? We have the answers!

Where are you located?

We are located in beautiful, downtown Valdosta.

Our address is:

200 West Central Avenue
Valdosta, GA 31601

Our Contemporary Worship Service at 8:44AM meets in our Family Life Center on the south side of 200 West Central Avenue.  Our Traditional Worship Service meets in our historic Sanctuary on the north side of 200 West Central Avenue.

When are your services?

Our Contemporary Worship Service meets at 8:44AM, and our Traditional Worship Service meets at 11:00AM.  We know visiting a church for the first time can be difficult, so we’ve made it easy for you to let us know you’re coming so we can be ready for your family.

What are your services like?

8:44am Contemporary

This is a multi-generational, modern service that meets in our newly built Family Life Center.  Music in the service is band-driven and dress is casual.

11:00am Traditional

This services features a traditional worship style with an adult choir.  The Traditional service meets in our historic Sanctuary.  You will see many people in this service in their “Sunday Best.”

What do you have for kids?

At First Baptist, we love kids! We strive to provide a fun, safe environment for your child to learn about Jesus’ love.  During both the 8:44AM and 11:00AM services we provide an awesome Children’s Worship Experience.  At the conclusion of the musical part of worship, children are dismissed to our Children’s Building for Children’s Worship.  When service is over, you can pick up your child upstairs in the Children’s Building.

We offer nursery for babies and toddlers during 8:44am and 11:00am Worship as well.  Our nursery workers are trained and background checked to ensure safe childcare to our most precious guests.

When Brittany and I first visited FBC Valdosta, we were overwhelmed by the love and support extended to us. We were both raised in churches that were like family, but as we got older, we realized that is a rare quality in a church. After we were married, we searched for a church that fostered the concept of family and found it at FBC. When you attend FBC, you will feel welcomed and will be greeted with smiling faces and helping hands. It doesn’t matter where you are in your spiritual walk, come grow alongside us and find out more of why we love FBC!
